We are two 25-year-old females looking for another housemate to share with. The townhouse is 2 storeys with three bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs. Main areas are air conditioned, with 2 bathrooms (3 toilets) and a courtyard. The complex has 2 pools with 2 BBQ pavilions, onsite management and backs on to Kedron Brook bike/walking tracks. We are only 10 mins drive from the CBD and have access to a number of public transport options as well as the Wilston shopping and dining areas. The rooms are unfurnished with large built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The room is large enough to fit a queen-sized bed, bedside tables and TV or shelving unit. You will share a large bathroom with one other. The rest of the house is partially furnished but we can negotiate to store and/or rearrange furniture to accommodate what you may already have. We are pretty easygoing, and down to earth girls, who likes to have a good chat and make new friends. We are quite sociable and catch up with friends during the week for dinners and coffee and tend to go out and party a bit during the weekend. We are both respectable of people’s space and belongings. We are after a like-minded housemate that is fun, easy going, respectable and social, preferably someone between 23 - 30 years old.
