We have a room available in our house in Runaway Bay, the house is 4 bedrooms, plus study, and 2 bathrooms and powder room. The available room has water views, double bed, ceiling fan, ducted aircon, and a built in warcdrobe. Price is $140 per week, we also share electricity, water and internet costs. Bond is 3 weeks rent, then rent is paid one week in advance. We are 2, 28 year old females, one student one working, and one 23 year old male student. All very friendly, very clean, honest and reliable.
