hey all my partner and i are looking for a house mate, some one understand, respectful, reliabel, responsible also someone we can get along with that does there fare share of the house work. someone we can talk to easy even have a drink with every now and then that can maybe become a friend with both of us we are less then a min walk from a bus stop and milk bar we also have 3 other bus stop near by (inbetween 5 to 10 min walk i use publice trainsport when my partner has the car) we are also a 5 min drive to werribee plaza and werribee train station the rent is 420 a month (we tend to pay our rent a week before due date) shair in house hold bills and can either got 3rds in food or they can have there own food pantry (we have 2 big pantrys) and share a fidge and there food will not be touch,we have a 4 bedroom all bir but only looking for one house mate 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets 2 living areas and a double lock up garage, i do smoke but i smoke out side or in the garage by the way i am jas and im 27 and my partners name is michael and he is 28 (nick name wood) we are layed back and enjoy a laugh we also have a 4 year old lil man (you know the add with the kid thats says "my legs went that way and my head went that way" hes like that kid when he talks and with what he says haha) also has to be animal friendly we have 2 dog (knee high dogs) ,2 cats hope to hear from you soon many thanks Jas (ps photos will be put in time just need to take some)
