Hi there. Need short term place to live?? We are looking for someone for short term "for 1 month or 1 and 1/2 months" The spacious townhouse is strategically located close to Flemington Bridge train station (10 mins walk) with 3 stops to Melbourne Central , 8 to 10 mins walk to Flemington Rd with easy access to trams. Very close to Royal Children and Woman hospitals, Melbourne University. Close to restaurants, cafes, sports club, Melbourne zoo, pub and supermarket. It is a two stories townhouse of 2 large bedrooms with large built in wardrobe, outdoor car park space, 1 bathroom (separate shower and bath and toilet) and 2 separate toilets. Mostly furnished: washing machine, mini fridges. dishwasher, sofa, desk, built in wardrobe, etc. Outside is the large courtyard/ backyard where you can just chill out and we also have BBQ. Also it offers shared swimming pool and tennis court. So, all you need is the mattress for yourself. As we have single bed frame. And if you have queen bed, it is definitely will fit easily. This place may be better for backpacker, or those whom just staying in Melbourne for a short term. Price??
