I am looking for an extremely trustworthy, security-conscious person to share my home with. I'm offering a large bedroom which has a king-size bed (if required), double built-in wardrobes, a private balcony, ceiling fan, desk (if required) anda tv point. My home is a fully renovated terrace which has a small rear paved garden, street parking with resident sticker (free off-street parking at the rear of the property), a park across the road, is an easy 5-7 minute walk from St Peters station, 10 minute easy stroll to the Marrickville Metro shopping centre. A bit about me - I am a very easy-going person, laid back, great sense of humour, well developed sense of the ridiculous and see the funny side of most things. I respect other people's privacy and belongings and anticipate that they will respect mine. I am very clean and tidy, self-employed and work from home and I have a band and work 2-3 nights/days a week but live a relatively quiet life otherwise. I'm looking for a quiet, reliable and trustworthy flatmate who doesn't bring the party home. I am very sociable and love a chat, happy to share a meal, cook for two etc but need to know that you will pay their rent every week ontime, contribute their share to the utilities (approx. $250/qtr). I am happy to share the internet and phone expenses if required (ADSL2+).
